Service Usage

ClassMaster.AI provides school management software including attendance, fees, examinations, timetable, transport, HR and communication modules, made available to schools on a subscription basis.

Access is provided through role-based accounts created by your school administrator — administrator, teacher, student or parent.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted under their account.

Users agree not to misuse the platform to access data outside their authorized role, or to disrupt the service for other schools or users.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed per the plan selected (Starter, Growth or Enterprise) on a monthly or annual basis, as described on our Pricing page.

Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed for Enterprise customers.

Intellectual Property

The ClassMaster.AI platform, branding and underlying software are the property of ClassMaster.AI. Schools retain ownership of their own student, staff and operational data entered into the platform.

Limitation of Liability

ClassMaster.AI is provided on an "as available" basis. While we maintain backups and target high availability, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.

Schools remain responsible for maintaining accurate records and for compliance with their own regulatory obligations.

Cancellation

Schools may cancel their subscription per the terms of their plan; see our Refund Policy for details on prorated refunds and data export upon cancellation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a separate enterprise contract.
