This Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, renewals and refunds are handled for ClassMaster.AI plans.
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided the account has not exceeded reasonable trial usage.
Refunds after the 14-day window are prorated based on the remaining unused portion of the current billing term, at ClassMaster.AI's discretion.
Schools may cancel their subscription at any time from the billing section of the admin dashboard, or by contacting support.
Upon cancellation, your school retains access until the end of the current paid billing period, with data export available before final account closure.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. A renewal reminder is sent in advance of the renewal date.
